Aaron Rai is a golfer on the rise. At only 23 years of age, he already has a European Tour win in to his name - the 2018 Hong Kong Open.

Golf is often seen as an individual sport. Behind each great player there is a team who work to help the player thrive, yet these individuals operate without praise or fame. In Team Talks, we’re telling the stories of these incredible relationships and demonstrating how they have helped the best golfers in the world to thrive on the biggest stage.

One day Aaron Rai’s mum came home with a set of plastic golf clubs, which at the time she thought were cricket sticks. Over the following few years, Aaron’s dad ensured he kept his equipment in the best possible condition from baby oil to iron covers, allowing him to thrive on the golf course. Aaron is also one of the few professional golfers to wear two gloves.

In this episode of ‘Team Talks’ Aaron opens up about the people who supported and inspired him from a young age, to help him get to where he is today.
