This year started out on a super high for most, but I've been realizing and witnessing a lot of people really going through it right now. I just wanted to take a moment to say I see you, I feel you, I relate to you and you WILL get through this phase soon enough! If you can muster up enough optimism and positivity to find more silver linings than complaints, I PROMISE you this will pass and you'll look back and laugh at the fact you let it phase you.

#KerrSays it's ok to feel overwhelmed. It's ok to feel defeated. Heck, it's ok to get down and really feel the darkness as if it were your norm, but please understand and believe me when I say it is not, it really won't last and you cannot be defeated by anyone or anything but yourself and your will (or lack there of)
