I used to let ALOT of things worry & stress me unecessarily. My heart would take on everyone else's problems as my own to an extreme level and would leave me feeling beyond drained & helpless if I couldn't do as much as I wanted to help... I'm learning now how truly important it is to check for my own well-being before taking on that of those I love. Now, when things bother or stress me, the feeling is short lived & the solutions are faster found... I ask myself 'What are you upset/worried/stressed about?', 'Why?' & 'Is it YOURs to deal with or nah?'...
