Apple Pie Egg Rolls:

Ingredients
* 4-5 Granny Smith apples
* 4 tbsp Butter
* 1/2 cup white sugar
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1.5-2 tbsp cinnamon
* 1 tsp nutmeg
* Pinch of salt
* Egg roll wrappers
* Cornstarch
* Caramel 

1. Peel and dice your apples into small cubes
2. Melt butter over medium heat
3. Add apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt and mix until combined. Let simmer for 6-8 min (until apples have softened)
4. Add cornstarch slurry to thicken (2 tbsp cornstarch, 2 tbsp water) and let thicken sauce for 2-3 minutes
5. Let mixture cool fully
6. Add water to edges of egg roll wrapper and add cooled apple pie mixture to the wrapper. Roll tightly. 
7. Heat oil to 350 and fry egg rolls until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes)
8. Roll in cinnamon sugar immediately 

Cinnamon Sugar
* 1/2 cup Sugar
* 1 tbsp cinnamon 

Finish by dipping in caramel and you have the perfect item for those upcoming holiday parties!
