Recipe:
* Brine Turkey legs over night
* Pat dry and season both under the skin and on top with bbq and cajun/creole seasonings
* Add Ninja Woodfire pellets to Ninja outdoor grill and set to smoker setting
* Add turkey legs to smoker and cook for 1 hour on 250
* Add more pellets
* Wrap Turkey legs in foil with butter and let go for an additional 1.5-2hrs
* Serve with your favorite sauce
