Who can recognize these tacos?! That’s glazed pork belly topped with watermelon and these tacos are some of the best bites in Charlotte. Never would I have thought such an odd combo would work so well together 🤤.
.
Soul Gastro is one of the OG's in the Charlotte food scene so I finally had to make it over to try them and can say they are still killing it. The sushi roll that I had was superb also. This spot definitely has soul.
