I thought I would introduce another member of the team at clairecumbee HQ -> Huckle
.
Huckle will be 10 years old 🥺 this summer. He was my College Graduation gift as I ventured off to be a full-time rider in Maryland which would be the perfect environment for a Jack Russell puppy. I remember in my interview I said I had no dogs, then I show up with my 6-week old puppy . (I’m so sorry for that) Fortunately 3 months later I moved back home to be a corporate girly, and Huckle has proven a master at adjusting to the circumstances.
.
He’s been on so many adventures from full-time horse show dog by and sneaking into hotels because I was too poor to pay to sneaking him into my corporate office for three months because I didn’t tell anyone I had moved to Aiken.
.
While his puppy days were full of trouble ☠️ chickens, ☠️ ducks, and the one time he escaped my brothers frat house to run down New Row 😶‍🌫️ in his more mature life he’s settled into the most loyal companion I could ask for. I think most of my friends have a Huckle story…
.
He’s now likely to be found by my side, ring side watching my rides, or right now tucked in the couch with me. I think he’s a fan favorite.
