The first days of November, and I’m beginning to pull out the boxes of Christmas decor 🎄🎅 Sorry, I can’t help it. I’ve been a blogger since 2015.  But, it’s never to early to make a gift guide for our best mates. Swatch is presenting the SmartTherapy line at smartpak ! I chose the quilted rug  and hock wraps last season, but the line carries sheets, leg wraps, pillow wraps, even some apparel for you!  This season I’m adding the leg wraps to my list!
