While I am scrutinizing every nutritional aspect of my horse’s meals,
dedicating hours every day to pursue the upper-levels of eventing. One
aspect I often leave off the docket is my personal health.

From physical to mental health, to be the best competitor and teammate
for my horses, I need to be just as diligent to my own health.

Vimergy sent me their liquid formula of Ashwagandha. So, I had to do
some research to see if this could be a positive addition to my own
routine and provide a competitive edge.

Ashwagandha is classified as an adaptogen, a type of herb known to
support a balanced stress response and promote mental and physical
resiliency.*
