Swatchers appreciation post!

I just got back into our hotel after doing lates back at VHC. I took him on a short walk and graze before tucking him back into his stall. This week I said the limit of fluffy shavings doesn’t exist. He may get lost in his stall 😆. I’m so excited to get this week started at our first 2** Long together. It’s been too long since I’ve tackled an FEI, so I’m trying to just soak in the memory.

This sport just takes time…it doesn’t feel like four years since I’ve attempted a long format, but counting the years…Sometimes a horse breaks your heart, sometimes you lose a little confidence, sometimes a world pandemic happens. But, just consistently showing up, I’m here again.
