Swatch and I ran our first competition together this weekend at @stableviewaiken . He’s such a funny, funny horse, but I adore him and he’s mine and he’s perfect.
.
He’s such an easy and straightforward horse in the ring, but I’ve struggled a bit to really ride his whole body. Partially my fitness, his fitness, and getting to know one another. So, we’re going to take our time this spring, because I know he has the capacity to get some really good scores. We had a ton of fun jumping around, and it was great to get him into a show environment and feel comfortable and confident on course. Cantering out of the start box was the coolest feeling; I can’t wait to do it again at Pine Top!
