In my first day in Ireland I took a tour on Trinity College to the Old Library and Book of Kells which was one on my bucket list .
.
While it was full of other tourists, myself one of many flashing photos and taking selfies next to statues of whom I can only imagine are important scholars, I imagined it empty, and I the unimportant but sole librarian who could look after the 200,000+ manuscripts as my daily vocation.
