Taking a quick break from our yoga mat, or in La Russe's case, the 40x20m, for some hydration tips! I've partnered with ZenWtr to promote ocean conservation by creating my own #ZENPose (Creative liberties taken) They have agreed to donate $1 towards ocean conservation for every #ZENPose image published to Instagram up to 200k! How cool?!

So La Russe and I are going to head back out to get our own stretch on, post your favorite yoga pose on the mat or with your own horse during this challenge!
