## Caption

The girls did 8 sessions, 30 minutes a day and it was incredible to see their progress and confidence grow each day. 🐠

Drowning is the leading cause of death under the age of 4. My girls have done lessons in the past but felt like this was necessary at their stage. They love the water + are fearless. ISR was something that we felt like we needed with our girls and worked so well. Izzy up next ⬆️💃

Shoot me any questions! Have you done ISR?

I feel much more relived and am so proud of my girls! 👧🏽👧🏽❤️
