There are days where being a mommy, entrepreneur, wife and the COO of the Lewis House takes it all out of me. So, I’ve been using gomantralabs to vitalize me and help me rest better so that I can do it all over again the next day. Its super easy! You mix the #gomantralabs packets into water, shake it up and BOOM! I use the RISE (caffeine-free energy, Immune boosting antioxidants, and so much more) in the morning when all three littles and I are up and getting ready for breakfast. The GO (smooth energy and focus, electolyte hydration, recovery herbs & vitamin boost, etc) mid day when I’m getting my work out in, and the REST (an expertly formulated master sleep combo of magnesium, melatonin, GABA, L-Theanine, and herbs to help me relax, fall asleep, stay asleep and wake up rested and super-charged) at night when we’ve put the girls down and I can take a breather. I love that Gomantralabs is fully backed by science - as a former pro athlete that is super important to me. Definitely give it a try! #MantraLabsPartner
