A Dancer’s Recovery Session 💪🏻✨ Taking care of our bodies, and especially our legs, is a huge part of what keeps us moving as performers and content creators. As tall dancers, we’re also on a mission to master flexibility and mobility, because let’s be honest, touching our toes isn’t always as easy as it looks! 😅 Here’s what today’s recovery session looked like: • Massage Gun & Foam Roller: 10 mins to keep the knots in check. • Stretching & Hip Mobility: 15 mins. • Cold Plunge & Sauna: 2 mins each, back and forth 5 times. Yes, we froze. Just keep telling yourself it’s worth it… (it is!)🥶🥵  We always leave these sessions feeling lighter on our feet, fresher for the next day, and ready to conquer the world (or at least our next routine).
