i haven’t done a lost history video in a while, so here’s one i’ve been sitting on for a couple years now, and i’m finally able to tell it. famed writer and philosopher aldous huxley, who wrote brave new world, one of those classic books so many of us read growing up, used to live right here on this lot in the hollywood hills, until a fire in the early 1960s burned his home down. i used to walk this empty lot and feel the history of it all, knowing that beneath my feet once stood the home of one of the most important philosophers of all time. #losthistory #aldoushuxley #hollywoodhills #losangeles #oldhollywood
