today is my 29th birthday ✨ and in honor of turning 29 i wanted to share 29 valuable life lessons i’ve learned so far in life 	 1. i’m allowed to make mistakes. i’ll grow from every single one 2. life ebbs and flows. embracing it makes it easier 3. no matter how old i get, i still don’t like cheese (probably never will… but who knows?) 4. freedom and autonomy are everything. i won’t stay in situations that take that away from me 5. learning to love my body is ongoing. we only get one 6. being around like-minded people + environments is the secret to thriving 7. gratitude for what you have puts you in the right mindset to receive more 8. ask for what you want. the worst someone can say is no. closed mouths don’t get fed 9. delusion really is key. i believe it’ll always work out and somehow it does 10. money means nothing without the habits to manage it 11. cats are so fucking cute. they are healing and are true companions! 12. friends come and go. it still makes me sad sometimes — and that’s okay 13. you’re allowed to change your mind.  14. take accountability when you’re wrong. you don’t always have to be right 15. i’ve never been in a relationship. love will come when it’s meant to. until then, i choose myself 16. i am not for everyone — and not everyone is for me. my energy is expensive 17. i have a voice and i’m allowed to use it.  18. hangovers now take 3–5 business days to recover from 19. i wear my heart on my sleeve. it’s a blessing and a curse 20. coffee is always a must-have 21. life is fragile. things change fast. don’t take people for granted 22. i’m sensitive, and i feel things deeply 23.	i’m type a, and being an assistant amplified that by 10. i’ve learned to work with it, not against it 24.	i’m both masculine and feminine, and i love blending both worlds 25.	i’m multi-hyphenate. i never want to do just one thing. i am limitless 26.	life isn’t linear. i’ve reinvented myself so many times (assistant era, creator era, festival king era…) and i’ll keep reinventing 27.	saying no is a complete sentence. it doesn’t make me a bad person 28.	my health isn’t something i can take for granted. my mind and body need care, not punishment 29.	i am so loved by so many people, and i don’t take it for granted 💛 another year older, and hopefully a little wiser. which one of these resonated most with you? wellies — thank you for always showing me love. ❤️ #29thbirthday #birthday #LifeAdvice #libraseason #anotheryearolder
