¿Alguna vez se preguntaron qué se comía en la corte real de Corea? 👑🇰🇷 Durante mi viaje a Corea tuve la oportunidad de tomar una clase de cocina tradicional en Korea House y aprender a preparar gujeolpan(구절판), un platillo compuesto por nueve ingredientes y acompañado de crepes muy finitas de harina. 🥢✨ Me encantó conocer un poquito más sobre la gastronomía tradicional coreana y aprender cada detalle de su preparación. Y sí… ¡logré hacerlo sin quemar la cocina! 😂🇰🇷 ¿Ustedes se animarían a tomar una clase de cocina tradicional en Corea? ________________________ Have you ever wondered what people ate in the royal court of Korea? 👑🇰🇷 During my trip to Korea, I had the opportunity to take a traditional cooking class at Korea House and learn how to prepare gujeolpan (구절판), a dish made with nine different ingredients and served with very thin flour crepes. 🥢✨ I loved learning more about traditional Korean cuisine and discovering every detail of how this dish is prepared.
