What does taking care of yourself look like lately? 

For me it’s been more fruit (yum!) and exercise. Deliberate movement with weighs or a Barre or Yoga class or a few hours of hiking. I routinely come back to my yoga mat after other styles of movement and Im grateful for the practice. It’s keeping my body even and me connected to myself-in all the ways. Physically. Mentally. Spiritually.
