Vietnamese coffee will change your life..  Ingredients:  - 3 egg yolks  - 2 tbsp condensed milk - 1 tbsp caster sugar - Ice  - 50ml @NESCAFÉ ANZ espresso concentrates, vanilla  - Cocoa powder Method: 1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Keep yolks for another recipe. Add in caster sugar, condensed milk and whisk until white and frothy. Set aside  2. Add ice to a small glass and pour NESCAFÉ espresso concentrates over the top. You can add some cold water if you don’t like your coffee as strong  3. Pour or spoon in the frothy egg mixture over top and finish with a dusting of cocoa powder  4.
