My top 4 food/drinks you MUST try at the Easter Show this year  1. 📍Dumpling king- Dump n’ Sip (@dimsimlim didn’t force me to say this) These dumplings are delicious, something you’d find in a restaurant. The ‘secret sauce’ and chilli oil add a nice amount of heat  2. 📍Carousel Cafe- Rainbow Cheese Toastie. I don’t know how they do it, but it’s a really solid cheese toasty that tastes like a cheese toasty  3. 📍BurgerHead- Nashville hot pickle on a stick. You probably won’t go past the Scallop Burgah but the fried pickle is the perfect kind of weird creation and I’m all for it  4. 📍Chimnuts- Golden Bunny Brûlée. Cinnamon chimney cone (like a donut), crème brûlée custard with a crackable sugar top, soft serve, golden sauce, buttered crumbs… it sounds like it’s too much but it’s not overly sweet and every component is quality  #eastershow #sydneyroyaleastershow #eastershowfood #easter #carnivalfood
