Cookie dough scrolls  180ml milk  110g caster sugar  11g dry yeast 120g greek yoghurt  113g unsalted butter, melted  2 eggs  Vanilla paste 540g bread flour  2 x Cookie dough logs  Bloom yeast in warm milk with a little sugar  Pour into a stand mixer with sugar, greek yoghurt, butter, eggs, vanilla and flour  Mix on low speed for 1 minute, rest for 3, then on high for 5-7 mins until smooth and elastic  Allow to double in size  Roll out, spread cookie dough, roll into a log, cut into 8-12 even pieces, arrange in a baking tray  Proof for 30 mins  Bake at 180C for 22-24 mins, then 190C for 5-7mins  Allow to cool for 5-10 mins #CapCut #cinamonroll #cookiedough #baking
