Today I made a few changes:  - higher heat - + 1 egg (3 total)  I think this helped to create higher folds, the first day was a bit flat imo. It looks a bit bubble because I whisked it too hard and don’t knock the bubbles out before I cooked it. Day 3 = mastery  #scrambled #spiraleggs
