Fried Chicken and @Gravox AU ? How would you use the Best Ever Southern Fried Chicken Gravy in your house ? RECIPE BELOW Fried chicken:  * 500g chicken tenders  * 500ml buttermilk  * 1 tsp onion powder, garlic powder, mustard powder, chilli powder, dried thyme, dried basil, dried oregano, paprika, white pepper and celery salt  Other:  * Gravox Best Ever Southern Fried Chicken Gravy  * 10x brioche sliders buns  * Pickles  * Provolone cheese slices  * Garlic butter  * 2 eggs  * 1 cup plain flour  1. Combine herbs and spices with buttermilk in a bowl, add chicken tenders and brine for at least 1 hour and up to 24 2. Remove chicken from buttermilk, add 2 eggs and 1/2 cup cold water  3. Season 1 cup plain flour with the same herbs and spices as the buttermilk. Drip some buttermilk mixture into the flour to create clumps. Coat tenders in buttermilk, allow to drain slightly, then coat in flour making sure it’s fully coated. Scrunch tender in your hand to create a shaggy coating, this will get crispier. 4. Deep fry tenders in neutral oil for 5 mins at 150°C, remove from oil and season lightly with salt immediately.  5. Microwave Gravox Best Ever Southern Fried Chicken Gravy for 40 seconds 6. Arrange sliders buns tightly on a lined oven tray. Spoon on a thin layer of gravy, lay down fried chicken tenders. Add more gravy, spread pickles and top with cheese then the top bun.  7.
