12 days of Christmas, Day4: Honey Roasted Carrots  Ingredients:  - 1 bunch Dutch carrots  - 2 tbsp honey  - 1 tbsp olive oil  - 1 tsp salt  - 1/2 tsp white pepper  - 1 tsp chilli flake  - 1 tsp dried thyme  - 1/4 cup lemon juice  1. Cut 90% of the stem off the carrots and wash really well with water. 2. Pat dry with paper towels and slice in half lengthwise  3. Make the marinate by combining all remaining ingredients in a bowl and mixing to combine  4. Lay all carrots roughly on an unlined baking tray and pour the marinade on top and toss around to evenly coat the carrots  5.
