can’t stop / won’t stop making this 🧄  recipe below!  Crumpet Garlic Bread  Serves 4 125g salted butter, softened  3 garlic cloves, minced 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley 1/4 tsp salt  2 cups grated mozzarella cheese, 1 cup reserved  8 crumpets  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a loaf tin with baking paper.  2. In a small bowl, mix together the butter, garlic cloves, parsley and salt.  3. Take a crumpet and spread some of the butter mixture over the holey side. Sprinkle with some cheese.  4. Repeat the process with another crumpet, and then sandwich two together.  5. Add the crumpet sandwich to the loaf tin and repeat until filled. Sprinkle the reserved cheese on top. 6. Place the crumpet garlic bread into the oven to bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and it’s golden brown.  7. Remove from the oven and serve warm.  8.
