brb can’t stop making christmas rocky road 🤤🤤 white chocolate christmas rocky road 1 bag marshmallows 1 bag raspberry twists  1 cup flaked coconut  1 cup pistachios  100g mini meringues  2 cups rice bubbles  600g white chocolate, melted  1. Line a tray with baking paper.  2. Mix together all the ingredients until well combined.  3. Spoon mixture into the tray, and press to flatten.  4. Place into the fridge to set for 2 hours.  5.
