Beat the cream cheese until smooth. 2. Mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. 3. Add the red gel coloring. Start with 1/2 tsp and add more until it’s a nice vibrant red. 4. Scoop about 1 Tbsp portions onto a parchment-lined tray. 5. Freeze for 45–60 minutes, or until completely firm. For the chocolate cookies: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. 3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in the microwave in 30-second intervals until fully melted. Let it cool about 5 minutes. 4. In a large bowl, mix together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined. 5. Mix in egg, egg yolk, and vanilla. 6. Fold in the dry ingredients until just combined. Then fold in the chocolate chips. 7. Take one frozen cheesecake portion at a time. Scoop the dough using a 3 Tbsp cookie scoop, then flatten it in your hand. Place the cheesecake in the center, then wrap the dough around it to completely seal it. Add more dough if there’s any exposed cheesecake filling and shape it into a ball. 8. Place about 3 inches apart on your baking sheet. 9. Bake at 350°F for 13-15 minutes, until they no longer look shiny. 10. Let them cool on the pan for 10–15 minutes before moving them. For the marshmallow webs: 1. Put 13 large marshmallows or 2 cups mini marshmallows in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 20-25 seconds. If they aren’t very soft and stretchy yet, microwave another 5 seconds. 2. Let them sit for about 30 seconds so they aren’t too hot to touch. 3. Pinch a small amount of melted marshmallow between your fingers. Slowly pull your hands apart until it stretches into thin web-like strands. Lay the strands over the completely cooled cookies. If the marshmallow gets a bit stiff at any point, microwave for 10 seconds. 4. Repeat until the cookies look webbed. 5. Add eye candies. #spiderweb #cheesecake #cookies #baking #recipe
