Day 7 of 12 Days of Christmas Desserts🎄🎅🏼 my mom’s Champurrado Recipe☕️🍫 the best mexican hot Chocolate😋 Recipe(for about 15 people) Ingredients: 3L water 2 piloncillo 1.5 cups water + 6 cinnamon sticks + about 20 cloves 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon 5 Nestle Abuelita Mexican Hot Chocolate Tablets 12fl oz evaporated milk 1 Gallon of whole milk 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup flour + about 3 cups water  Instructions: 1. On high heat, add 3L of water and 2 piloncillos to a large pot.  2. In a blender add about 6 cinnamon sticks, about 20 cloves, and 1.5 cups of water. Blend well for about 2 minutes.  3. Strain the mixture into the pot. 4. Add 1 Tbsp of ground cinnamon and 5 Mexican hot chocolate tablets to the pot and mix.  5. Cover the pot and let everything fully dissolve. 6. Once everything has dissolved, add 1 can of evaporated milk and 1 gallon of whole milk and mix well.  7.  Add 1 Tbsp of cocoa powder and 1/4 tsp of salt and mix. Leave uncovered and let it come to a boil. 8. To a blender add 1 cup flour and about 3 cups water. Blend until flour is dissolved. 9. While stirring, slowly add the flour mixture to the pot. Keep stirring until the champurrado comes to a boil.  10.
