The Canadian Burger 🇨🇦🍁 recapping Burgers Worldwide before Season 2 Ingredients: 220g beef mince (smashed into 2 patties, all-purpose seasoned) 2 slices American cheese Fries (hot and crispy) Cheese curds 1 burger bun Oil or beef tallow for cooking For the gravy: 2 tbsp butter 1 shallot (finely diced) 2 cloves garlic (minced) 2 tbsp plain flour 2 cups beef stock Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: For the gravy, melt butter in a pan, add shallots and garlic, and cook until soft. Stir in flour to make a roux, then slowly whisk in beef stock. Simmer until thick, season to taste. Smash both patties on a hot grill and season well. Flip, top with American cheese, and let it melt.
