Knew I could make this better at home 🤝🏽 ONLY because I’m a sl*t for truffle so I find whenever I order truffle dishes out, they never use enough truffle for my liking! Full recipe and method breakdown available in my sub page! Ingredients below as per usual 🫶🏼 Serves 3: 200g curly fettuccine (mafaldine) 1 tsp unsalted butter 1 tsp olive oil (prevents the butter from burning) 1 shallot, finely diced 3 garlic cloves, finely diced Freshly grated Grana padano, as much as your heart desires 300ml thickened cream Black truffle paste, to your liking Salt and pepper I have sooo many other dishes I want to recreate so follow along for my European inspired dishes like this one 🥰 #trufflepasta #easymeals #DinnerIdeas #pasta #EasyRecipes
