The sandwich you should never pack for lunch  Dishes from my childhood Pt4 brings you my egg salad and crisp sambo. I adored these, in private. Not in school. Parents, take note..  If you want to try my take, the egg salad consists of:  4 boiled eggs (8 minutes)  1-2 tbsp salad cream (play with the ratios to your liking)  1:4 tsp Keens curry powder (again, adjust to your liking)  A decent amount of s&p  Thinly cut (super important) salt & vinegar crisps  Extra crisps on the side to eat as you go x  #eggsalad #eggsaladsandwich #EasyRecipes #lunchideas
