Face ID not working. Guess the hangover/10  Guys!! I set myself a challenge to not drink the whole year until my book launch party and we did it! Not a single drop since Boxing Day last year! Easily the best thing I have ever done for myself.  Last night I took my first sip surrounded with my nearest and dearest as we had early celebrations for the launch of my cookbook. Inspired by @brendan_pang viral dumpling salsa  1/4 cup roasted pine nuts  1/4 cup white sesame seeds  1 tsp gochugaru  2 cm knob of ginger, grated  2 spring onions, finely chopped  1/2 fresh red chilli, finely chopped  3-4 garlic cloves  1/4 cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped  1 tbsp brown sugar (or to taste**)  1 tbsp soy sauce **  1 tbsp rice wine vinegar **  1 tbsp Chinese vinegar ** 1/2 tbsp sesame oil ** 1/3 cup really hot peanut oil  #dumplingsauce #dumplingsalsa #dippingsauce #frozendumplings
