Chorizo and halloumi flatbreads. This was a super random recipe just using things that were left over from my recipes during the week but boy was it good.  Ingredients for 2:  3 chorizo sausages  180g halloumi, sliced  1 tomato, thinly sliced  1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced  1/2 red onion, thinly sliced  Avocado & basil crema:  1/2 an avocado  2 tbsp Greek yogurt  1/2 lime, juiced  Handful of fresh basil leaves  1 garlic clove  1 tbsp olive oil  Salt and pepper  Flatbreads:  80g Greek yogurt  80g self raising flour  1/2 tsp oregano  1/3 tsp garlic powder  Salt  #flatbreads #chorizo #halloumi #DinnerIdeas #EasyRecipe #funrecipes #funmeals #funfoods
