Teriyaki veggie stir fry. If you’re new to cooking and stir fry’s seem super intimidating, let this recipe assure you otherwise!  This teriyaki sauce is so incredibly versatile too. You can use it for just about anything so be sure to save this reel so you can refer back to the recipe whenever you need xx  Ingredients:  Teriyaki sauce:  1/2 cup soy sauce  2 tablespoons white sugar  2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar (or whatever vinegar you have)  2 garlic cloves, minced  1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger  1 brown onion, diced (or the whites of 3 spring onions) 1 carrot, sliced  1 zucchini, sliced  1 head of broccoli, cut into florets (don’t chuck out that stem either, cut all sides off and slice it up!) 440g wok ready noodles  To finish:  The greens of 3-4 spring onions  Handful of peanuts, roughly chopped  Drizzle of chilli oil  Sprinkle of sesame seeds #stirfry #stirfryveggies #teriyaki #easymeals #cheapeats #DinnerIdeas #dinnerinspo
