Budget-friendly Pad Thai! If you don’t have palm sugar or tamarind laying around, this recipe is for you! Guys I’m so sick. Please ignore my voice 🙃 Instead of palm sugar we’re using brown sugar and instead of tamarind we’re mixing together tomato paste and white vinegar! Small swaps that can make this dish extremely budget-friendly by using ingredients you’ll likely have at home already. Now your fave Thai classic can be apart of your weekly dinner rotations xx #padthai #budgetfriendly #padthairecipe #padthainoodles #easycooking #budgetcooking #cheapmeals #cookingonabudget
