10 under $10 Ep 4. Red fish curry with coconut rice 🤤 It’s been super rainy in Sydney at the moment so this was EXACTLY what I needed. Creamy, rich and comforting. Also I think this might just be the best red curry paste I’ve ever tried?? If you have a couple of dollars to spare, or have the following ingredients at home already, I would recommend adding: - 2 tsp of curry powder - 2 tsp of dried coriander - fresh lime or 1-2 tsp of sugar to balance the bitternesses of the paste (or both) - any of your fave veggies - 2 tsp of sugar in the coconut rice #redcurry #cookingonabudget #budgetcooking #budgetmeals #DinnerIdeas #cheapdinners #cheapeats #budgetfriendly
