Low calorie, high protein crispy air fried buffalo chicken tenders 🥵 I also whipped up a healthier ranch using Greek yogurt.  I have been CRAVING buffalo wings for a hot minute now and have been seeing a lot of people make a healthier version of fried chicken using cornflakes so, here we are.  I wanted my tenders DRIPPING with buffalo okay???Sauce is king and boy did these hit the spot.  My new air fryer absolutely SLAPS. These cooked up in literally 12 minutes and were soooo tender.
