Hot Broke Girl Meals Ep 12. Creamy sundried tomato and spinach chicken on a bed of creamy garlic mashed potatoes. Coming in at $23 for the total price, easily serves 4 with plenty of potatoes left over bringing the serving of this dish to only $5.75. This is probably one of the easiest meals I’ve ever done. The chicken takes literally NO effort at all. Chuck everything into the crock pot and it’ll do the work for you! All you need to do is mash some tatties! This is also PERFECT for meal prepping. The chicken stayed so tender and moist the next day. To make this dish even easier, swap the mashed potatoes for pasta. Add some dry pasta into the pot 20 minutes before it’s finished cooking, top it up with more stock of your choice so that the pasta is covered and let the pasta cook before portioning out!
