Tony at Inner city development (@INNER CITY DEV 🏗️🏘️ ) had a project that made financial sense and would bring affordable housing to his community — but couldn’t get the right loan from a traditional bank.  That’s where CDFIs come in. Sam at CDFI Friendly South Bend crafted a creative financing solution, with a refinance built in at year 5 to free up collateral for future housing.
