## Caption

Meet Mike Keen, the accidental developer helping reshape South Bend. By focusing on projects within a few blocks of his own neighborhood, he showed how small-scale development can support local businesses, create affordable housing, and fit the environment. No takeover. No mega-grants. Just an example others could follow. Working with Neighborhood Evolution, that example has helped unlock tens of millions of dollars in thoughtful, incremental investment across the city. #IncrementalDevelopment #SmallScaleDeveloper #MainStreet #Housing #Urbanism
