Serves: 1 Preparation time: 5 minutes Ingredients 2 slices of thick wholemeal bread unsalted butter, softened 1 tbsp Vegemite 4 slices of sharp cheddar cheese 1 dill pickle from the jar (the biggest you can find), sliced Method 1. Toast bread to your liking. 2. Spread butter and vegemite onto toast. 3. Layer with cheese. 4. Top it all off with the sliced pickle. #sandwich #pickle #toastie
