FRIDGE FREESTYLN’ EP.18 @ChefRush  THE DISH: Cheesy Four Protein Spicy Ramen Ramen Seared Chicken & Shrimp Bacon, Eggs, Lettuce & Apple PRIMARY INSPO -Chef Rush is known for his size so I wanted to create a dish portion size that matched his physique -No one has actually cooked for Chef Rush before so I wanted to make him a meal at his home that was made specifically for him -Every gym bro/fitness person will tell you MORE PROTEIN & that it’s so important for the gains! I wanted to pack as much protein in one dish for him as I could. SECONDARY INSPO -After visiting Korea once, he has fallen in love with Korean food & culture, travelling to Korea multiple times a year to shoot commercials, content & even a Netflix Show. That’s why I wanted to create a Korean inspired dish. FYI Chef has also launched his own Budae Jjigae for a national Korean restaurant chain! -Chef Rush is not only big in physique but his personality is just as big with a heart that’s even bigger. To represent this, I wanted to make sure that the flavours in the dish were big, bold & punchy. Nothing weak or delicate here for Chef. I also took that into consideration by using his two combat knives to prep & cut the ingredients.  -The song “Big Dawgs” is a powerful anthem that embodies resilience & ambition & was an immediate hit. I think it’s the perfect song to represent Chef Rush.
