FRIDGE FREESTYLN’ EP.12 @ウエスP(Mr Uekusa/Wes-P) THE DISH: Savoury Pancake Dumplings, Parmesan Clam Tomato Sauce, Fried Mackeral, Silken Tofu & Potato Chips PRIMARY INSPO -Uespiii does not cook…at all. As such he doesn’t have much at home & what he does have is fairly basic & plain (at least in his eyes).I really wanted to show him that there could be something elevated from what he has. -I wanted to tap into his Japanese culture; specifically their love for Japanese/Italian cuisine where things look, sound & taste italian but taste Japanese at the same time. Italy is also where we both “met” for the first time. We were both on Lo Show De Records; I had just gotten my Cucumber Guinness World Record on stage & Uespiii was backstage. We both missed each other as I got off stage; he was preparing to go on stage. SECONDARY INSPO -Uespiii is a 8 time Guinness World Record holder & viral sensation for his out of the box concepts that all stem from comedy/entertainment. I wanted to take a main ingredient & use it in a way that’s also out of the box. In this case; I saw pancake mix; using it not as a pancake but as a base for a savoury dumpling. COMPONENTS Pancake Dumplings -Pancake Mix -Parsley -Egg -Dashi Broth Clam Tomato Sauce -Butter -Garlic, Ginger -Tomato Cocktail -Miso Clam Broth Base -Clams -Milk -Parmesan Cbeese Extra -Fried Mackeral -Silken Tofu -Potato Chips #pasta #pastarecipe #pancakes #freshpasta #tiktokfood #tiktokchef #foodchallenge #chips #asianfood #asianfoods #fridgefreestyln #freestyle #guinessworldrecord
