FRIDGE FREESTYLN’ EP.5 @Tinger Hseih THE DISH: Chilli Citrus Shrimp, Matcha Cucumber Sauce, Tajin Asparagus Salad PRIMARY INSPO -Tinger’s travels to Asia, Mexico & living in California -Tinger is always looking to eat healthier - SECONDARY INSPO -Because Tinger likes to eat healthier; the shrimp actually is actually dry roasted without oil & then I use the chilli sauce to put the moisture back in. Because the shrimp is drier with this method it actually sucks up the sauce way more than if it was roasted with oils & thus you actually don’t need that much chilli oil/extra cals. -Tinger enjoy carbs but if she could limit it due to her work; she tries to eat less carbs. This dish has a very satiating “fatty” amount of sauce & protein. The asparagus salad & tajin helps bring acidity to balance the fat & make the fish feel very light & refreshing -Tinger is always on the go so this is a dish that can quickly put together such as remaking COMPONENTS Chilli Citrus Shrimp -White Shrimp -Citus Seasoning -Mushroom Seasoning -Chilli Sauce Matcha Cucumber Sauce -Cucumbers -Onion -Garlic -Parsley & Cilantro -Lime Juice -Avocado Mayo -Matcha Powder Asparagus Salad -Asparagus -Apple Cider Vinegar -Olive Oil -Tajin -Salt Extras -Micro Greens -Cold Pressed Olive Oil #fridgefreestyln #shrimp #seafood #matcha #salad #freestyling #fridge #cookingathome #easyrecipe #healthyrecipes #quickrecipes
