On Nov 7th, history was made in New York City. The largest gathering of Michelin chefs, restauranteurs, front of house & restaurants was held under one roof to celebrate the best of the best in New York City, Chicago & Washington DC. That evenings accolades put these restaurants into the upper echelon of the culinary world. A few weeks ago I was invited to participate in the Toronto 2023 chapter & add to the celebrations & I am honoured to have been invited to participate in this historic evening in the big apple. Congratulations to all those who were there. You are all huge inspirations & motivations. 🎥🔥We cooking with @El Films @Michelin #knifeskills #chefchallenge #foodchallenge #foodchallenges #michelin #michelinstar #cucumber #knife #cutting #cuttingskills #blindreact
