Replying to @Ruby    Trying Business Class Food for the first time🤤 Tuna tataki, lobster , foie gras, veal, fermented bean curd… not the first things you think of when you think airplane food but it was all here🥩🐟🦐🦆🦞🧀🍷 As someone who has done an airplane food quick fire challenge on Top Chef Canada & also studied airplane food during my food science degree… this was something I was excited & looking forward to the most about flying business class😅 The food science & techniques to get food thousands of feet above the air let alone this style/level of food is seriously hard to do & takes an army to make happen🤝🏻 I really enjoyed the meal especially not only was the food cooked great but the dishes were all unique, creative & most noticeable was showed effort & care!
