$5000 MUSHROOM DISH 4 years ago today I entered the most prestigious culinary competition in Canada: Top Chef Canada 🇨🇦 This was one of my favorite Quick Fires & moments where in teams of 3 we had 30 minutes to make a 6 course tasting menu highlighting the ingredient we blindly chose. I got mushrooms and took on making 2 mushroom desserts! #topchef #mushroomrecipe #dessertchallenge #desserts #icecreamlover #mushroomrecipe #goodsoup
