My phone was stolen after 4 months of travelling and all I could think about was the memories that I documented that I no longer had but more specifically the most magical trip I have ever experienced in Albania 🇦🇱 (to date one of my favourite countries ) Sooo I went back through my archived stories and found this. Normally I live in the moment, document and edit once I have truly experienced a place and although I wish I could have shared more I’m glad this video is here.  Long story short I was once 120kg and at the age of 18 I decided I needed to change my life. On my 27th birthday I spent 2 days hiking and exploring the alps of Albania. Once I made it to the top I couldn’t contain my emotions. For years I battled my own demons, both mentally and physically but everyday I’m slowly proving myself wrong (better late than never).  If I can do it so can you.  Everyone’s journey looks different, embrace yours. I can’t wait to continue challenging myself and proving myself wrong.
